By accessing or using IB Learner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription Plans
- Free: Limited access to selected subjects with daily usage limits and advertisements.
- Premium ($9.99/month): Full access to all subjects, increased AI usage limits, no ads.
- Max ($19.99/month): Unlimited AI usage, priority support, all premium features.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use AI-generated content for academic dishonesty
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
5. Intellectual Property
All content on IB Learner, including notes, UI design, and AI-generated materials, is protected by copyright. You may use content for personal study purposes only.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated questions, quizzes, flashcards, and mark schemes are provided as study aids. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all AI-generated content is error-free. Always cross-reference with official IB resources.
7. Limitation of Liability
IB Learner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam outcomes.
